Regional Sales Manager
Mike had over 25 years of sales experience before joining our sales
team in 1991. He has a BS in Psychology/Biology and an MBA in Management. With
a solid knowledge of our operation and products, he can be relied upon for
information and follow-up.
Michael Jouver
Regional Sales Manager
Mike has over 35 years of customer service experience. He started with Flexmag
Industries in 1997 and has a BA in Business Administration. Mike is a dynamic
part of our sales team and is able to work with a diverse array of customers.
Richard Holoubek
Regional Sales Manager
Rich has over 28 years of Sales experience in the Graphic Arts Industry before joining the Flexmag sales team. He holds a BS Degree in Marketing and has an extensive amount of experience in a number of printing methods, both sheet and roll fed, printable film substrates, and pressure sensitive adhesives. Rich is an enthusiastic sales resource, eager to help his customers grow their business’and stay on the cutting edge of technology.
Ginny Cottrell
Customer Service Representative
Ginny has been with Flexmag Industries since 1997. She has 20 years of
exceptional customer service experience. Ginny is our leader for International
Exports and our digital products line.
Debbie Gerber
Customer Service Representative
With over 20 years of customer service, Debbie provides friendly and
knowledgeable service. She was hired in 1997 and is a well informed resource on
all our products. Debbie works primarily with our domestic accounts.
Vivian Cline
Customer Service Representative
Vivian had over 20 years of retail and restaurant management experience
when she was hired by Flexmag Industries in 2007. She has obtained an
Associate's Degree in Accounting. As a superb resource for our domestic accounts,
she produces quality results.
James McNerney
General Manager
Jim is active with our sales team while remaining hands on with our
manufacturing development. He started in magnetics in 1995 as an Application
Process Engineer with the Sevierville Plant and relocated to our facility in
1997 as a Technical Manager. Through hard work, knowledge and dedication he was
promoted to General Manager in 2005. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Ceramic Engineering.
Steve McLevey
Customer Service and Product Manager
Steve was hired in 1982 as a Production Operator and has been promoted from
that position to a Shift Supervisor in 1984, Quality Analyst in 1997,
Applications Engineer in 2001 to his current position of Product and Marketing
Manager in 2008. He is experienced with our products from the ground-up. Steve
is excellent at answering and consulting with you on your upcoming projects and
outstanding at working out technical details.

Dan Preusker
Plant Manager
Dan has a BS in Business Administration. He started with Flexmag West (3M at
the time) in 1975 as a production operator. He has been promoted over the
years; 1979 Warehouse Crew leader, 1980 Cycle Inventory Analyst, 1983
Production Control Analyst, 1985 Materials Coordinator (1992 facility becomes
Flexmag West) 1994 Customer Service Supervisor, 1998 Customer Service Manager,
and 2003 Plant Manager. He can help with products,
technical issues or consult with you to select materials that will best suit
your projects.
Debbie Deitloff
Customer Service Supervisor
With 16 years of customer service, Debbie is helpful to new and existing
customers. She was hired in 1996 as a customer service representative and was
promoted in 2004 to Customer Service Supervisor. Debbie is a professional and
works hard to reinforce customer relationships with impeccable service.
